IN CASE OF OUTAGE CALL 1-877-456-8732. Be sure you know what name the service is in and the address the bill goes to. If you are calling to report a power outage not during normal working hours, we have an electronic answering system that uses caller-ID to locate the source. For us to ensure that we have YOUR power restored, this call must be made from a land line at this location. Also, in order for TREC personnel to insure that all members have their power restored, it is imperative that we have the correct phone number in our database.

Consider replacing incandescent lights that are used for extended periods of time with fluorescent lights. Fluorescent lights use lower wattage for the same light output and they don’t give off as much heat.
