ANDALUSIA, ALA. — For more than 66 years, Alabama Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AEC) has served as a reliable wholesale power provider for 16 electric cooperatives and four municipal systems. Beginning Jan. 1, the company changed its name to PowerSouth Energy Cooperative to better reflect its service territory and future growth opportunities.
Consider replacing incandescent lights that are used for extended periods of time with fluorescent lights. Fluorescent lights use lower wattage for the same light output and they don’t give off as much heat.
